Aluminum formwork is an important technology for energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry. It has been widely used in current construction projects with its features of high efficiency and high concrete quality after demoulding. In general, the implementation process of aluminum formwork includes: formwork design → production → pre-assembly(mock up) → transportation → installation → removal. Full site preparation before assembly is the premise to ensure normal construction and production, and also is the basis to ensure high construction quality.

During application, we need to pay attention of the following instructions to make sure the construction going smoothly:

1) Reserve the material stacking site in advance and do not transfer the formwork casually;

The packing shall be hoisted to the designated place according to the site management and the sequence of hoisting and packing prepared after unpacking. This can effectively solve the problem of huddling and misplacing, and greatly reduce the risk of panel loss.

2) Strictly follow the sequence of unpacking the formwork components.

The aluminum formwork is unpacked in accordance with the installation sequence. The components not in this process are not allowed to be unpacked until other components are completely assembled. After unpacking, the boards shall be stacked following the installation code. The panels shall be prepared to be coated with demoulding agent upward and installed in place in time.

3) Do not disrupt the sequence of component installation

Sequence: wall & column formwork -- lower bay window -- beam and upper bay window –slab panel -- staircase -- K board and hanging mold.

The embedded parts have been positioned on the aluminum formwork panel with holes before panel assembly, if the installation process is not strictly in accordance with the order and direction of the standard plate, it will lead to the deviation of position of embedded parts after the completion of the assembly, resulting in the rework of panel assembly.
