This was a hotel project on the beautiful Bohol Island in Philippines, with 2 floor basement and 6 floor above ground.  There were two different floor heights. One is 5.8 m for first floor, while the other is 3.2 m for the rest. Therefore, we offered a solution combining 3D Early Stripping System and Easyform.

3D Early Stripping System is a new system for slab concreting with five simple components (primary beam, secondary beam, early stripping head, shoring and panel), which allows early-stripping. KITSEN 3D System can be widely used in different construction tasks because of its flexibility and adaptability, especially ideal for basement buildings, podium part of the buildings and small high-rise buildings.

Contractors using 3D Early Stripping System can erect a 1.8 x 1.8 modular grid. By adjusting the grid size, the load bearing capacity changes, so the concrete thickness varies from 150 mm to 600 mm.

KITSEN Easyform is a modular, panelized monolithic system that can build roughcast house independently, but also can be compatible with other decking system, such as 3D Early Stripping System.

These two system did well in the performance of this project.  It just couldn't be better.
