The S8 project is located in the southwest side of the intersection of Dongfeng Middle Road and Cangbian Road in Guangzhou city. The north of the project is Dongfeng Middle Road, the east is Cangbian Road, the south is residential buildings, and the west is Ruixing building.

The project was used of KITSEN self-climbing scaffolding system. It is a high-rise building with 4 basements and 31 layers. The total construction area reaches 57,587 square meters, including an underground construction area of 15,108 square meters. The excavation pit is 20 meters deep. The total height of the building is 170 meters.

It is built by Guangzhou Pearl River Industrial Development Holdings Co., Ltd., designed by Guangzhou Pearl River Foreign Architecture Design Institute Co., LTD, and supervised by Guangzhou Pearl River Engineering Construction Supervision Co., LTD.
